Paying for your cleaning services at Tidal is convenient and hassle-free. We want your experience with us to be safe, secure and easy. We don’t knock on the door requesting payment, take cash or need your card details. You are in control and at the time of booking set up your monthly Direct Debit to us using GoCardless. A payment provider authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, you’re completely covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You’re never tied in and can cancel both your Direct Debit and our services at any time. 

When we’ve done the job and you’re satisfied, you’ll receive an email showing how much you owe before the amount debits your account. It’s that simple. Whether you’ve opted for a regular clean or a ‘one off’, this payment method is available. You’ll always know where you stand, there are no surprises when you choose to use our cleaning services at Tidal.
